Charlotte DeMott > Aug 12:  Paul stays in Prague for the rest of the week.  Maggie and Connor and I head to the airport.  It's been a good trip, but we are happy to be heading home.

Charlotte DeMott > After our palace tour, we need a place to relax.  Paul had spotted this little courtyard cafe while walking to his meeting the other day.
Charlotte DeMott > This hall in the Old Palace was a daring construction feat in it's day, since it was a large room with no central support columns.  People were afraid it would fall down.  The bulk of the Old Palace burned at one point, but the roof held up.  I'd say the gamble paid off!
